Prior to receiving the latest edition of Nelson's Handbook of Pediatrics, Dr. Riyadh, the head of Pediatrics at the Balad Hospital, used photocopied pages of a 1996 edition of Nelson's as one of his primary sources of medical information. CPT Nicholas Bachelor, MC US ARMY and CPT Michael Lombardo want all those involved in the acquisition of the new Nelson's Pediatric textbook and various other textbooks for our Iraqi Colleague to know how much their efforts are appreciated.
